How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing, shipping usually takes 4–7 business days.

The total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days within the United States.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer Standard Shipping for a flat rate of $2.99 on all orders delivered within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Fayqon ships only within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

The daily order cut-off time is 05:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day free returns. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Do you offer free return shipping?

Yes. Fayqon provides free return shipping with a prepaid return label for eligible returns within the United States.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. Fayqon does not charge any restocking fees for returns.
